These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by KJ Green Opticians, located at 135 London Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 5UH, including eye tests, dispensing, and the supply of spectacles, contact lenses and other optical products.


2.1. Appointments can be made by phone, email or in person.

2.2. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

2.3. If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged a Did Not Attend (DNA) fee.

Eye Tests

3.1. Eye tests are carried out by a qualified optometrist.

3.2. Eye tests may include dilating eye drops to fully examine the eye, and this may temporarily affect your vision.

3.3. We may need to refer you to a specialist if your eye test reveals any potential eye health concerns.


4.1. Spectacles and contact lenses are dispensed under Optician supervision.

4.2. We will advise you on the most appropriate type of spectacles or contact lenses for your needs.

4.3. We will provide you with a copy of your prescription after your eye test, which you are free to use to purchase spectacles or contact lenses from any provider.
